Gavin Kirwan
Construction Engineer
Gavin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and seasoned construction leader with over 30 years of industry experience.
He has extensive experience covering one off new and large multi-unit residential projects as well as conservation grade renovations.
Gavin has been an integral senior leader of residential, educational, and commercial projects across Ireland, from small domestic to large residential and commercial schemes.
Major projects include Children's Hospital, Dublin Airport, Trinity College, Blanchardstown Shopping Centre.
Complex infrastructure: Luas, motorway bridges, institutional buildings.
